Brian Hartnett
Brian is a 20 year industry and consulting veteran. Brian started his career in finance and then educated himself in IT enabling him to build an ERP for the Shipbuilding industry and become the Director of Architecture for one of the nation’s leading Wireless Carriers. Brian has small company experience as a GM leading the turnaround of a local $25M business and large company experience working with some of the nation’s largest telecom and high tech companies with Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting, and Strong-Bridge. Brian has a BA in Business with Finance and Business Economics concentrations from the University of Washington.

Julie Kelly
Julie has extensive experience in the disciplines of information technology, finance and customer operations. Prior to co- founding Flexource, she was the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations and Systems at T-mobile USA. During her tenure, she had responsibility for information technology, credit & collections, business operations and customer care for the nationwide company. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and is a licensed CPA. She is on the board of Pacific Northwest Ballet and Cancer for College.

Ken Simpson
Ken co-founded both Flexource and Strong-Bridge after spending almost a decade at a global consultancy. He brings broad strategic and operational experience to top client initiatives across the telecom, hi-tech and health care verticals. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University in Canada and a Master’s of Science Degree in Economics (specializing in Industrial Relations) from the London Schools of Economics in England.

Margo Turner
Margo has hands on experience in marketing, sales, operations, and top level strategy leadership. Her background includes founder of a mid-size, Southern California service company, as well as vast corporate experience from front lines to board positions. Margo has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Southern California and holds a CPP designation. She is active with the Mercy Hospital Foundation and United Cerebral Palsy.
